Insu Han

Assistant Professor, KAIST EE

Insu Han received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degree from KAIST EE, advised by Jinwoo Shin. In 2019, he was a recipient of Microsoft Research Asia Fellowship. In 2024, with Amin Karbasi and Amir Zandieh, he was selected as a recipient of 2024 Roberts Innovation Fund Award for research on making AI more powerful and cost-effective. Before joining KAIST, he was an Applied Scientist at Adobe Firefly, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Yale Institute for Foundations of Data Science (FDS). He is currently Visiting Faculty Researcher at Google Research.
